The Agile Offroad front helper spring kit for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter increases front suspension support and raises the front of the vehicle by approximately 25–38 mm. It improves stability, handling and ride comfort, particularly in heavily converted vans and expedition vehicles.
The Agile Offroad front helper spring kit is a front suspension upgrade designed for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter models fitted with factory struts or Bilstein B6 struts. The kit increases front suspension support and raises the front of the vehicle by approximately 25–38 mm.
It is particularly useful in heavily converted Sprinters, expedition vehicles and vans fitted with additional equipment, where the front suspension operates under increased load. The additional spring rate helps maintain a more stable vehicle stance, improves control of the centre of gravity and has a positive effect on handling.
The greatest improvement can be felt when cornering, driving under load and travelling off-road, where the suspension must provide better control of vehicle movement. The kit improves comfort, stability and handling confidence both on the road and off-road.
The kit includes Agile upper spring seats, Agile lower spring seats and Hyperco springs. It must be used with existing Bilstein B6 struts or factory Sprinter struts — shock absorbers and struts are not included.
