Super Duty Roof-Mounted Bike Rack

The Super Duty Roof Rack is a heavy-duty roof-mounted bike rack designed for intensive use, transporting heavier bicycles and travelling in demanding conditions. Its corrosion-resistant aluminium construction combines high strength with relatively low weight and long-lasting durability.

The rack features a wheel-tray design that securely supports the bicycle tyres. The retaining arms hold the wheels only, without touching the frame or fork. This protects the bicycle against scratches and makes the rack suitable for a wide range of frame types, including premium mountain bikes, electric bikes and carbon-frame bicycles.

The Super Duty model is designed to carry one bicycle weighing up to approximately 45 kg per rack. For heavier bicycles or extreme off-road driving, an optional Wheel Chock can be fitted to stabilise the front wheel and provide additional transport security.

The rack is easy to operate thanks to its one-handed mechanism. Simply press the red button and lift the arms to release the ratchet system. When the arms are closed, a series of noticeable clicks confirms that the bicycle has been secured correctly.

The adjustable design accommodates bicycles ranging from children’s models with approximately 40.6 cm wheels to large bicycles with wheels measuring approximately 73.7 cm. It also supports fat-bike tyres up to approximately 12.7 cm wide without requiring additional spacers.

The Super Duty Roof Rack is compatible with most roof bars. The underside of the wheel tray features a T-slot, allowing flexible mounting adjustment and the creation of customised transport configurations. The rack can also be expanded and converted into a towbar-mounted configuration using the appropriate additional components.
