The Rover Vans Gear aluminium roof rack is a lightweight, durable and functional system designed for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It has been developed for campervans, expedition vehicles and travel-ready vans where additional carrying capacity, durability and the option to expand the roof setup are essential.

The roof rack is made from powder-coated aluminium, combining low weight with excellent resistance to corrosion, scratches, UV radiation, road salt and chemicals. Its smooth surface is easy to clean and helps maintain an attractive appearance even under intensive use.

The structure has been designed to withstand loads, vibrations and dynamic driving conditions. The roof rack has a maximum load capacity of 100 kg, while its own weight depends on the vehicle version — 33 kg for the 144 variant and 40 kg for the 170 variant.

The rack features adjustable panels, allowing the spacing to be adapted to the user’s requirements. The structure also supports the installation of solar panels and Rover Vans panels available in several sizes. The front wind deflector has been designed to accommodate LED light bars, increasing the vehicle’s functionality during expeditions and off-road driving.
