Vanilla Custom Gear HandleX – Rear Door Handle Extension

The Vanilla Custom Gear HandleX is an extension for the rear barn door handle, designed to make it easier to open the vehicle’s right-hand rear door after large storage boxes or cargo boxes have been installed on the outside of the door.

The product is particularly useful for campervan conversions equipped with the CargoCube 60, CargoBox 90, CargoBox 110 or PowHunter box. The extension keeps the handle easy to reach even when an additional rack or storage box is mounted on the door.

The HandleX is made from 3 mm PA11 / AW-5754 aluminium. This material offers low weight, high corrosion resistance and excellent durability for everyday and expedition use. The components are laser-cut and formed using digitally controlled press brakes, ensuring precise manufacturing.

The surface is protected with finely textured RAL 9005 black powder coating. Blackened stainless steel bolts are also used, ensuring that all components are corrosion-resistant.

The kit includes all required bolts and mounting hardware. Installation is quick and straightforward, with no complex modifications required.
