The Vanilla Custom Gear DoorPanel 60 is an external mounting panel for the CargoCube 60. It allows additional cargo such as jerry cans, recovery boards and tools to be carried. Made from PA11 / AW-5754 aluminium, it is powder-coated and features the Vanilla Grid mounting pattern.
The Vanilla Custom Gear DoorPanel 60 is an additional external mounting panel designed for the CargoCube 60. It increases the functionality of the storage box by allowing extra cargo to be carried on the outside of its door.
The panel is suitable for long expeditions, campervan trips, weekend getaways and travel in more demanding terrain. Thanks to the Vanilla Grid hole pattern, additional accessories such as jerry cans, recovery boards, tools, axes and other travel equipment can be attached to it.
The DoorPanel 60 is made from 3 mm PA11 / AW-5754 aluminium. This material offers high corrosion resistance, low weight and durability for both everyday and expedition use. The components are laser-cut and formed using digitally controlled press brakes, ensuring precise manufacturing and a good fit with the storage box.
The surface is protected with finely textured RAL 9005 black powder coating. Blackened stainless steel bolts are also used, ensuring that all components are corrosion-resistant and suitable for use in changing weather conditions.
The panel is compatible with the CargoCube 60 and is intended for users who want to expand their Vanilla Custom Gear setup with additional external cargo mounting space.
