Agile Offroad Reinforced Rear Shock Mounts for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

The Agile Double Shear Bracket is a reinforced rear shock mounting system designed for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2WD, 4WD and AWD models. It has been developed as a rear suspension upgrade that strengthens the shock mounting points and improves durability during heavy-load use and off-road driving.

The factory rear shock mount and the lower axle bump stop mount are known weak points on Sprinters used away from paved roads, particularly on expedition vehicles fitted with conversions and additional equipment. The Agile Double Shear Bracket kit reinforces these areas, increasing resistance to the loads generated when driving over uneven roads, gravel tracks and off-road routes.

The upper mount adds an outer shear plane, reinforces the shock mounting point and includes a stainless steel bolt-locking plate. It also strengthens the chassis around the upper bump stop area.

The lower bracket reinforces the lower shock mount, improves rear shock leverage and strengthens the factory lower axle bump stop mount. The system is compatible with factory shocks, Agile-tuned Fox shocks and many other aftermarket shock absorbers.

The product can be used on both standard-height and lifted vehicles. It is available as an upper mount only, a lower bracket only or as a complete kit including both upper and lower mounts.
