Agile Offroad Overlander XT Wheels for Sprinter

The Agile Offroad Overlander XT is a durable aluminium wheel designed specifically for 2WD and 4×4 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 models. It combines a refined appearance with a construction suitable for road, expedition and off-road use.

The Overlander XT uses flow-forming technology, allowing the wheel to maintain high strength while weighing less than traditional cast wheels. This process improves rim rigidity, reduces unsprung weight and has a positive effect on handling, braking and suspension response.

The wheel measures 17 × 8 inches, approximately 43.2 × 20.3 cm, and has a +32 mm offset, providing a proper fit and stable handling on the Sprinter. Its heavy-duty construction supports a maximum load of approximately 1,912 kg per wheel.

The dual-valve system makes it easier to quickly deflate and inflate the tyres, which is particularly useful when moving between tarmac and off-road terrain. Lower tyre pressure improves off-road traction, while quick inflation allows the vehicle to return safely to road use.

The wheel features a reinforced rim edge and a Y-spoke design, helping to distribute loads evenly and improve durability in demanding conditions. The rim profile includes a raised safety hump and a textured tyre bead seat, improving tyre retention when running at reduced pressure.

Wheel spacers are not required on 4WD vehicles equipped with RIP suspension. Aftermarket conical-seat wheel bolts are required for installation and are not included in the kit.
