The Agile Offroad Overlander HD wheel is a durable aluminium wheel designed for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and suitable for both on-road and off-road driving. The Overlander HD model was developed for heavy loads, expedition vehicles, commercial vans and Sprinters prepared for overlanding.
The wheel is manufactured using cast flow-forming technology, combining the advantages of traditional cast wheels with the increased strength of a flow-formed construction. This makes it lighter than a standard cast wheel while maintaining high resistance to heavy loads and demanding operating conditions.
The maximum load capacity is approximately 1,912 kg, making the wheel suitable for heavier camper conversions, expedition vehicles and vans carrying additional equipment. The wheel measures approximately 43.2 × 20.3 cm and has a +32 mm offset, providing a proper fit, stability and predictable handling.
The dual-valve system allows tyres to be quickly deflated and inflated. This is particularly useful when driving off-road, where tyre pressure may need to be adjusted quickly to suit the terrain. The wheel is also compatible with TPMS tyre pressure sensors.
Wheel spacers are not required on 4WD vehicles equipped with RIP suspension. Aftermarket conical-seat wheel bolts are required for installation and are not included in the kit.
