Agile Offroad Bonnet Strut Kit for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2019+

The Agile Offroad bonnet strut kit is designed for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter models from 2019 onwards. It replaces the factory bonnet prop rod and provides easier, hands-free access to the engine compartment.

Please read the complete instructions before beginning the installation process.

Important: This bonnet strut kit is designed to support the standard factory bonnet only. It is not suitable for bonnets carrying additional weight.

A single AO Sprinter bonnet strut, part number AOR32-135, can be purchased separately as a replacement if one of the struts is damaged or lost.

Kit contents:

• 2 custom-length bonnet struts
• 2 L-shaped wing mounting brackets
• 2 flange bolts, 6 mm–1.00 × 16 mm
• 2 short 10 mm ball studs
• 2 long 10 mm ball studs
• 4 flange nuts, 5/16″–18
• 2 flat washers, 5/16″
• 2 aluminium spacer inserts
• 1 red Loctite capsule

Required tools:

• 10 mm socket or spanner
• 1/2″ socket or spanner
• Pliers
