Vanilla Custom Gear PowHunter DoorPanel – Mounting Panels for the PowHunter Box

The Vanilla Custom Gear PowHunter DoorPanel is a set of two additional mounting panels designed for the PowHunter ski and multipurpose storage box. The product increases the functionality of the box by allowing additional cargo to be carried on the outside of its door.

The panels are suitable for long expeditions, campervan trips, off-road travel and wild camping. Thanks to the Vanilla Grid hole pattern, additional accessories such as jerry cans, recovery boards, loading ramps, axes and other equipment required during travel can be attached to them.

The PowHunter DoorPanel is made from 3 mm PA11 / AW-5754 aluminium. This material offers high corrosion resistance, low weight and durability for both everyday and expedition use. The components are laser-cut and formed using digitally controlled press brakes, ensuring precise manufacturing and a proper fit with the PowHunter box.

The surface is protected with finely textured RAL 9005 black powder coating. Blackened stainless steel bolts are also used, ensuring that all components are corrosion-resistant and suitable for use in changing weather conditions.

The kit includes two panels and all required bolts and mounting hardware. The product is designed specifically for the Vanilla Custom Gear PowHunter ski and multipurpose storage box.
