Vanilla Custom Gear DoorPanel 110 – Mounting Panel for CargoBox 110

The Vanilla Custom Gear DoorPanel 110 is an additional external mounting panel designed for the CargoBox 110. It increases the functionality of the storage box by allowing extra equipment to be carried on the outside of its door.

The panel is suitable for long expeditions, campervan trips, weekend getaways and travel in more demanding terrain. Thanks to the Vanilla Grid hole pattern, additional accessories such as jerry cans, recovery boards, tools, axes and other travel equipment can be attached to it.

The DoorPanel 110 is made from 3 mm PA11 / AW-5754 aluminium. This material offers high corrosion resistance and durability while keeping the product relatively lightweight. The components are laser-cut and formed using digitally controlled press brakes, ensuring a high level of manufacturing precision.

The surface is protected with finely textured RAL 9005 black powder coating. Blackened stainless steel bolts are also used, ensuring that all components are corrosion-resistant and suitable for use in changing weather conditions.

The panel is compatible with the CargoBox 110 and is intended for users who want to expand their Vanilla Custom Gear setup with additional external cargo mounting space.
