The Agile Offroad sliding door spacer for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter increases the clearance between the open door and the rear wheel by 15 mm. It allows larger tyres and fender flares to be fitted and uses a billet aluminium spacer with a modified Mercedes hinge.
The Agile Offroad sliding door spacer is a practical component designed for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter models from 2019 onwards. It increases the clearance between the open sliding door and the rear wheel, allowing larger tyres and larger aftermarket fender flares to be fitted.
The spacer provides an additional 15 mm of clearance, which is particularly useful for Sprinters prepared for larger wheels, off-road tyres or upgraded bodywork components. This gives the sliding door more room when opening and reduces the risk of contact with the rear tyre.
The component is made from billet aluminium and is combined with a new, modified Mercedes hinge. The system has been designed specifically for the Sprinter, and installation can be completed in approximately 30 minutes or less.
The product is not compatible with electric sliding doors.
