The Fox 2.5 Factory Race Series Internal Bypass rear shocks are an advanced suspension upgrade designed for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 from 2015 onwards. They have been developed to improve rear axle control, ride comfort and vehicle stability when carrying heavy loads, travelling on uneven roads or driving through demanding terrain.

Internal Bypass technology provides progressive damping throughout different stages of suspension travel. Over smaller irregularities, the suspension remains smooth and comfortable, while under greater compression it becomes noticeably firmer and provides better control of body movement.

The shocks feature external piggyback reservoirs, which increase oil capacity and improve cooling. This allows the suspension to maintain consistent damping performance during intensive driving, under heavy loads and on demanding routes.

DSC EVO adjustment allows independent tuning of low-speed and high-speed compression damping. VVC technology also provides more advanced control during high-speed impacts and severe bottom-out events. The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium bodies and Type III hard-anodised finish provide increased resistance to wear, corrosion and high temperatures.

The product has been developed specifically for the geometry, weight and suspension characteristics of the Sprinter 3500. It helps reduce body roll, improves rear axle stability and provides more confident handling both on the road and off-road.
