The Fox 2.5 Factory Race Series Internal Bypass rear shocks are an advanced suspension upgrade designed for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 from 2015 onwards. They have been developed to improve rear axle control, ride comfort and vehicle stability when carrying heavy loads, travelling on uneven roads or driving through demanding terrain.

The shocks use motorsport-proven Internal Bypass damping technology. Internal bypass channels provide progressive damping throughout different stages of suspension travel — softer and more comfortable over minor road imperfections, while becoming noticeably firmer as the suspension compresses further. This allows the vehicle to remain more stable both on the road and off-road.

The kit features integrated piggyback reservoirs, which increase oil capacity and improve shock cooling. This provides more consistent suspension performance and reduces damping fade during intensive driving or when the vehicle is heavily loaded.

DSC EVO adjustment allows independent tuning of low-speed and high-speed compression damping. VVC technology also provides more advanced control during high-speed impacts and severe bottom-out events. The 2.5-inch aluminium body features a Type III hard-anodised finish for increased resistance to corrosion, wear and high temperatures.

The shocks have been tuned specifically for the geometry, weight and suspension characteristics of the Sprinter. They improve rear-end stability, reduce body roll and provide more confident handling during expedition travel, off-road driving and everyday use.
