AUTOTERM Air 2D – 2 kW 12 V / 24 V Diesel Air Heater

The AUTOTERM Air 2D is a 2 kW diesel air heater designed for motorhomes, campervans, boats, expedition vehicles and off-grid installations. It supplies dry, warm air and provides comfortable interior heating even in demanding winter conditions.

The heater can operate at temperatures down to -45°C and, with the appropriate high-altitude kit, at elevations of up to 4,200 metres. Its low fuel consumption of approximately 0.10–0.24 L/h allows it to provide heat for extended periods without placing a significant demand on the fuel tank.

The AUTOTERM Air 2D also has low electrical power consumption of approximately 10–29 W, making it suitable for mobile conversions with an onboard electrical system. The voltage version can be selected to match the vehicle: 12 V for most vans, motorhomes and boats, or 24 V for lorries, buses and commercial vehicles.

The unit uses a brushless motor, resulting in quieter operation and improved durability. The dry, heated air also helps reduce moisture and condensation inside the vehicle, which is particularly important during winter camping and longer expeditions.

Its compact dimensions make the heater easier to install in various types of conversion. The kit includes the main components required for installation, including a fuel pump, wiring harness, fuel and air hoses, silencer, exhaust pipe, mounting accessories and the selected control panel.
