Important: Additional components are required to install the FOX suspension system. Please contact us before purchasing so that we can select the appropriate installation accessories, without which the product cannot be fitted correctly. For this kit, a set of upper strut anti-rotation spacers is particularly recommended. A wheel spacer kit will also be required to maintain adequate clearance. This product is not compatible with the first-generation AO auxiliary shock mounting bracket kit.

The Fox 2.5 Factory Race Series Internal Bypass front coilovers are an advanced suspension upgrade designed for the 2015+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. They have been developed as a complete, load-bearing replacement for the factory front struts, supporting the vehicle’s weight while significantly improving control in demanding off-road conditions.

The kit uses motorsport-proven Internal Bypass damping technology, which provides variable damping characteristics depending on the position of the suspension throughout its travel. This allows the suspension to remain more comfortable during normal driving while providing increased stiffness and support when greater stability is required.

The coilovers feature 2.5-inch steel bodies with a zinc-nickel coating, external oil reservoirs and DSC EVO adjusters, allowing independent adjustment of low-speed and high-speed compression damping. The increased oil capacity and improved cooling reduce damping fade during intensive driving or when the vehicle is carrying heavy loads.

The product is designed for Sprinter 2500 and 3500 AWD and 4WD models. It is suitable for both long-distance expeditions and driving on demanding, uneven terrain, providing greater stability, improved control and more predictable vehicle handling.
